BACKGROUND:
With
over 39 years of experience,
Donald E. Lee has provided legal services in
almost all areas of general practice from adoptions to zoning.
A strong advocate of preventive legal counseling, he believes
it is a lawyer's responsibility to keep his clients free of
litigation.
A member of the Centre County, Pennsylvania, and American
Bar Associations, Mr. Lee has served as president of the County
Bar and as Zone Governor, Delegate to the House and Treasurer
of the State Bar. His public service includes Past Chair of
the Centre County Planning Commission and Centre County Drug
and Alcohol Council and currently provides pro bono representation
to Tri-County Habitat for Humanity of Central Pennsylvania,
Inc., and clients of Keystone Legal Services.
With seven children and ten grandchildren (and counting),
Mr. Lee and his wife, Beth, devote much of their time to family
and outdoor activities.
